W moim salonie zawisły jakiś czas temu talerze na ścianie. Ten motyw wraca do łask i choć wielu osobom kojarzy się z domem babci, to dla mnie jego nowa odsłona jest całkiem urocza i miła dla oka. Nie pasuje do każdego domu, ale u mnie akurat łączy się w całość. Postanowiłam zaryzykować i powiesić moje ulubione wzory talerzy nad telewizorem. Aż się prosiło, aby coś tam zawisło, no i stało się. Na żywo robią większe wrażenie, ale tutaj też nieźle się prezentują. Podobają się Wam takie aranżacje?

Sometime ago, I hanged plates on the wall of my living room. This idea is nowadays coming back to the interior designs and although many still thinks it looks like grandma house idea, for me it's new look is pretty. Of course, it doesn't go with every house but it builds the whole picture at mine. I decided to take a risk and hang my favourite plates above my TV. This place was calling for something to be hanged there. So it did. In reality, it looks better but here on the pictures it still looks fine for me. Do you like this idea?
Potrzebujesz:
kilka ulubionych talerzy,
uchwyty/haczyki do ramki,
klej monterski ( Pattex Express Fix PL600),
gazeta, nożyczki i taśma klejąca,
poziomica,
gwoździe,
młotka.
You need:
few plates,
hangers,
multi-purpose glue (like Pattex Express Fix PL600),
newspaper, scissors and tape,
level,
nails,
hammer.
Jak zrobić:
Przykleić klejem monterskim uchwyty do talerzy, na minimum 24h przed zawieszeniem.
Odrysować kontur talerzy na gazecie, wyciąć ich szablony i użyć taśmy klejącej, aby rozmieścić talerze na ścianie w odpowiednim układzie.
Kiedy już zdecydujemy się na układ, przybić gwoździe do ściany i zawiesić talerze
How to make it:
Glue hangers to the back of the plates at lest 24h before hanging.
Draw shapes of the plates on the newspapers, cut out and use tape to hang them on the wall to decide on the arrangement.
When you decide how you like them, hammer nail and hang the plates.
UWAGA - nie próbujcie przyklejać haczyków na gorący klej, pozornie trzyma się bardzo dobrze, ale po jakimś czasie pod wpływem zmiany temperatury w pomieszczeniu zaczyna się kurczyć i rozszerzać, aż w końcu odkleja się z gładkich powierzchni. Straciłam przez to jeden talerz :) choć mąż mnie ostrzegał! Nie polecam kleju na gorąco!

CAUTION - do not use hot glue to glue the hangers to the plates, it seems strong connection but after sometime the glue starts to work (shinks and expands) because of different temperatures in the room. Later it will came off from the glossy plate. I lost one plate like this :) although my hubby warn me! I don't recomment hot glue!
