// english (tekst po polsku jest poniżej): I love all kind of polish flour dumplings. I really like its taste but the best thing about them is that you can prepare more than you need and freeze! That is what I did that with today’s dumplings (Kopytka) – now I will find something in my freezer for a lazy day :) But if you end up with some leftovers from the dinner, you can use them next day, cut dumplings into smaller peaces and fry with some chopped sausage or serve with butter and sugar.
